The Honorable University Council of IEST Anáhuac decided to grant this distinction to Mtro. David Efraín Gómez Fuentes, Mtro. José Manuel Haces Zorrilla, Mtro. Florentino Terán Álvarez and Mtro. Rodolfo Vega Gallegos, who founded this institution five decades ago with a vision of growth and educational excellence in the region of Tampico, Tamaulipas.
