What is BINCA?
The Anáhuac Center for Strategic Development in Bioethics (CADEBI) promotes BINCA (Anáhuac Clinical Bioethics and Neuroethics) as a priority project dedicated to interdisciplinary reflection, analysis, and research in the fields of bioethics and neuroethics. Founded in October 2014 by Dr. Mariel Kalkach Aparicio and Dr. José Damián Carillo Ruiz, BINCA has established itself as a cutting-edge academic space where experts from diverse disciplines come together to address emerging ethical challenges in biomedicine, health, and education.
This group is part of the Interdisciplinary Clinical Bioethics Project and actively participates in various Schools at Anáhuac University Mexico. Its multidisciplinary approach allows for a significant impact on academic training, knowledge production, and impact on bioethical policies and practices.
Through these strategic alliances, BINCA reaffirms its commitment to promoting comprehensive bioethics, which responds to contemporary challenges with academic rigor, human sensitivity, and a global perspective.
