The workshop will present the uses of Music Therapy in the hospital setting, offering examples of intervention and studies that support the effectiveness of this treatment as a complementary non-pharmacological therapy in pediatric intensive care to reduce anxiety related to admission, promote contact and the expression of emotions, among other objectives.
